Dotori is a restaurant that started over 13 years ago with just four tables. It was founded by Uncle Sam, who invested everything he has to provide for his family and create a better future. Uncle Sam believed that all customers were like family, and he served them the same quality food he would serve to his Family. Over the years customers have witnessed the warmth and delicious recipes that Sam and his family put their hearts into. After over 10 years, Sam retired and the restaurant was taken over by Alan, who continues to keep the spirit of Sam's teachings and philosophy alive.
